White Wine

750 ml | 13% | 100% Verdejo Fresh tart citrus on the nose with hints of passionfruit and guava on the palate, this is a rich and textural white that will make you wonder why you aren't drinking Verdejo all the time. There are many things that make this wine special (biodynamic certified farming, a special microclimate site that cools the vines more quickly at night to retain acidity, etc etc etc) but probably the most special thing about this wine is that it is harvested from 130-140 year old vines. As a result, the juice has an incredible concentration of flavor.. this tropical goodness will be lingering on your palate long after you've crushed your first bottle.

750mL | 11.5% | Blend of Negroamaro and Nero d'Avola On the nose, a moody balance of savory herbs and ripe purple berries. Maraschino cherry meets herby olive tapenade and Cherry Cola. Bright acidity drives each sip, with soft, fuzzy tannins to provide structure and texture. This is cool girl, warm-climate red at its finest. The result is absolutely delicious.” – Dave McIntyre Petar Georgiev and Radostin Milkov are rising stars in the Bulgarian winemaking world. They began producing wine together in 2014 with the aim to highlight the region of Plovdiv in the Thracian Lowland of Bulgaria. • CAMILLE MELINAND Chiroubles Beaujolais 2022

750mL | 14.5% | 100% Gamay Elegant and fresh, ripe blackcurrant and dark cherry on the nose. Vineyard is located in the highest Cru in Beaujolais on a very steep south-facing slope. Comes from 50-year old, goblet-trained vines in pink granite. Camille Melinand grew up in a winemaking family in Fleurie during the Beaujolais crisis and wanted nothing to do with it! Lucky for us, after pursuing other interests, the vineyard life began to call to him, and in 2019 the Camille Melinand label was born. He quickly gained a cult following for his small amounts of elegant Cru Beaujolais grown from estate vineyards using organic farming practices and no additives, filtration, or manipulation of any kind in the cellar.

  • M. CHAPOUTIER Cornas, Rhône, France 1998

750mL | 100% Syrah Black olive and rosemary-scented nose with loads of cassis fruit. Rustic tannin, tell-tale acidity, medium body, fine ripeness on the palate. No name is more closely associated with the greatness of the Rhone valley than Chapoutier. Marius Chapoutier made history in the region when he became the first grape grower there to vinify his own fruit. Marius had tasted wines other winemakers produced using his fruit and he realized that something was lost in translation, so to speak. He knew that he owned some of the best growing sites in the appellation and he believed — rightly — that the grapes grown in his vineyards could produce long-lived world-class wines. In a move unusual at the time,

750mL | 12.1% | 97% Kerner, 3% Sylvaner A complex and inviting nose brimming with aromas of caramelized grapefruit, Manuka honey, and overripe yellow peach. The palate offers a balance of smooth sweetness with a lingering gingery spice on the finish. When noble rot began to develop in the vineyards of Coco Farm & Winery they took full advantage of the phenomenon. Noble rot (also known as grey rot or botrytis) is a condition in which the grape skins become infected with the fungus, creating holes in the skins which allows water to evaporate. This in turn increases sugar content and aromas in the grapes, leading to a delightfully sweet, yet balanced wine.
