750mL | 12% | Mostly Cinsault with Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris, & Grenache Blanc
Texturally and flavor-wise built like a Poulsard from Southern France. Lifted acidity, light but not flat. Aromas of wild strawberry, bruised violet petals, and stewed plum.
Cinsault grapes were first made into rosé, while another portion goes through carbonic maceration. The two are then blended with some Grenache Gris & Grenache Blanc for lifted mineral and acid drive. A perfect red-white conferment for the season!
