Psychic Terroir is a an homage to one of the most formative wines in Chad Westbrook’s winemaking journey. The original blend was a similar field blend where the final result was less like any individual grape in the blend and more of a sum of all of the parts — something beyond grapes. This recreation is meant to evoke the same emotions of that original wine.
