750mL | 13% | 60% Sérine, 40% Viognier Sérine and Viognier come together in a unique and delightful way with aromas of spicy blackcurrant, plum, and black olive. The palate is bursting with herbaceous freshness from the Viognier, with flavors of lemon zest and fennel frond coming through behind silky black fruits. Soft edges and refreshing acidity makes this wine a delight to drink sip after sip. Winemaker Pauline Maziou began her Petit Nature project in 2019 with just half a hectare of vines in northern Ardèche. The wines are made in a cellar under Maziou’s cottage home. All wines are made with respect to a strictly zero-zero method, with all spontaneous fermentation and nothing added to the wines at any stage.
