Triple cream with a soft, buttery texture and a funky, grassy flavor, affectionally refered to by the staff as "butter cheese". Sheep, cow & goat's milk. All items in the build your own board section are served with seasonal jam, honey, mustard, candied pecans, crackers and bread.
